I will be demonstrating how to pipe icing swirls onto cupcakes in the Chefs Theatre at 1pm on Sunday.

The new dates for the "NEW AND IMPROVED!" classes are now on the website.
We are running the same cupcake baking and decorating class as usual, but have added two more; "Fondant Covered Cupcakes" and "Wedding Cupcakes".

New year, new cakes

So long since I've posted here. I've been busy updating the website www.peggyscupcakes.co.uk and creating some new cakes. So many customers want cakes from all over the country and it's soooo expensive to courier them. I've created some new ranges with a fondant topping, that can survive the post.
